How do we reserve our date?

Accepted Answer

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To officially make yours, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable 25% payment toward your selected wedding collection.Once those are received, the date is yours and the planning can begin! Accepted Payments: cash, check, card, CashApp and Venmo.

What time can we arrive and leave on our reserved date?

All of our wedding packages are for a 10 hour reservation.  You are able to arrive as early as 10:00AM and the latest you can depart from property is 12:00AM.  Therefore, a 10:00AM arrival would be "tail lights" by 8PM. A 12:00PM arrival would be "tail lights" at 10:00PM.Additional hours can be purchased.

Can we provide our own food?

You’re welcome to choose the caterer that best fits your celebration, as long as they are properly licensed and insured.Need recommendations? We’re happy to connect you with trusted catering partners offering everything from casual favorites to more traditional wedding menus.

What about alcohol?

Accepted Answer

We do have our beer and wine license. You may purchase beer and wine from us and you do not need to obtain a host liquor liability insurance. We have bartenders to serve you.If you choose to provide liquor, you will need to acquire host liquor liability insurance.  Obtaining this insurance is very easy to do and we will guide you through the process.  This gives you the freedom to choose the exact drink menu that best fits your party.  For an additional fee, our preferred bartending company will arrange pick up of the alcohol from whichever store you choose, provide cups, napkins, ice and mixers, serve the alcohol and then return anything that was not consumed (and issue you a refund for the unopened alcohol).

How many guests can I have?

The Hangar can accommodate up to 287 people, including vendors, while our outdoor spaces are permitted for celebrations of up to 5,000.Prefer something much more intimate? We also offer options for celebrations with as few as 10 guests.

Question 7

Do you host Micro Weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do.Micro weddings may not be available on Saturdays during peak seasons.  However, we could possibly accommodate a micro wedding on a Friday or Sunday during peak season.   Micro weddings can not be booked any further than 90 days in advance. Inquire as usual and note that you are interested in a micro wedding.
